Streamline your Morning Routine

Okay, so you did it. You finally managed to wake up at 6am. But what now?

Your morning routine is just as important as getting yourself up in the morning on time in the first place. This week, we learn the art of streamlining your morning routine so that it is as easy, enjoyable, and the start to the day that you need.

Habits

Complete your Morning Routine

Mark if you’ve successfully completed your three major tasks of your morning routine or if you fell short today.

To Dos

Choose your Wake up Time

Choose your Wake up Time Goal. No matter the time you go to bed, do your best to stick to this goal throughout the week for maximum results. This will help solidify the time you can allot for your morning routines.

The Vow

I vow to dedicating this week to mastering the art of streamlining my morning routine!

Bonus Points if you make the vow in #Challenge-of-the-Week (found in the KOA Discord Server)

The Big Three

Choose three activities that you will focus on the most in your mornings before you start your day. Make sure these three activities are important, as you can still filter in the trivial tasks that come easily.

Example: Make Bed, Meditate, Shower

Find a Buddy

Choose the hardest task in the three activities you have chosen for yourself and find an accountability buddy with someone who struggles with the same. For example, if your big task is making your bed, make sure you find someone that also finds it important to come home to a bed that is made. Looking for a meditation group? Join KOA’s meditation group!

If you can’t find someone you know personally, there is no better place to look for a grade A partner than in #meet-ups in the KOA Discord Server. Just tell the community what you’re looking for help in, and someone will DM you within the day

Reflect!

Reflect to the community your findings. What about this weeks Challenge was difficult/surprisingly easy? What did you learn about yourself? Would you say this has been beneficial in making you a stronger more effective person?
