Welcome to the listing of official KOA Clans! A clan is a party on the Habitica platform that is recognised and supported by the Knights of Academia. We can pledge that clans on our listing are aligned with the KOA philosophy and mission statement, are consistently active by running quests and challenges, and have a positive community that we believe are outstanding ambassadors for KOA. The official clan for all things Hard Mode. In this clan we discuss hard mode, share our own hard mode tips, and quest in the infamous hard mode tradition. If you’re a die-hard hard mode user, you’re more than welcome to join our quest to conquer our tasklists!

The Gathering is a clan filled with people from all ages: students, working adults, parents… you name it! We are a wildly encouraging group, helping everyone do their best in the various tasks they need to accomplish by keeping each other accountable. We have fun and build each other up to be the best version of ourselves. We run regular quests (rotating pet and series quests) and run monthly challenges aimed at improving your routines and habits. If you are looking for a diverse group that will keep you accountable and encouraged, The Gathering is the place for you!

Productivity is not a matter of willpower, not confined to any simple solution. Productivity is ultimately about working smarter and not harder. The Clockwork Knights clan is a group devoted to the study, testing, and improvement of productivity systems. We discuss the systems we are using, bring to the group new systems we have found or created, and use the group as a sounding board when parts of our systems are breaking down. We are a group of productive and successful individuals who are always looking to get better, and new voices with new ideas are always welcome.

The KOA clan dedicated to languages and cultures! We are a supportive group that wants to shoot for the stars and enjoy our journey while learning languages. Our members range from novices to fluent speakers of a wide variety of languages, so no matter what you’re learning, we’re happy to have you join us! On the horizon we have challenges connected to your target languages that push you out of your comfort zone, and events in relation with KOA: International. Come and lend us your strength and let us reach for the best, most multilingual, versions of us.

It’s hard for a student to get better grades and we know that! Students of KOA wants to help every student achieve the best grades and become the best version of themselves by engaging in meaningful conversations about education, discussing problems and sharing achievements! Along the way, we run challenges to push our members to develop skills that help make their lives as a student that much easier. Past challenges have focussed on meditation, deep work, building a morning routine, regulating sleeping habits and the Pomodoro Technique. Every month there’s a new clan challenge, allowing us to build habits together and share our experiences. If you are a student or love to learn, we are happy to invite you into the fold!
